At Ramiro Guardiola, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.

If for any reason you wish to return a product, you can start the return process through any of the following channels:
You can request a return of your products within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Please note the following conditions:
Product condition: Returns will not be accepted for items that are not in perfect condition, show signs of use, or are missing any accessories.
Excluded products: Customized, made-to-measure, or specially requested products by the customer, as well as items that have been opened, are excluded from the right of return.
Return costs: The customer will bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Additionally, any depreciation of the product due to handling or damage will be evaluated.
Return method: You can return items in-store or send them via any shipping company. If you choose to ship the product, please ensure the original packaging is well protected to prevent damage.
Verification: Receiving the returned product does not imply automatic acceptance. Peletería 2011 S.L. reserves the right to inspect the item and notify the customer within 14 days if any damage or defects are found that prevent the return. In such cases, appropriate compensation will be requested.
If the return is accepted, you can request a refund by bank transfer. The refund period will comply with the legally established timeframe, once the item's condition has been verified.
All our products come with a 3-year warranty.
